Tracking Diary (Schedule & Weigh In)

I had data from last month and the month before but my thumb drive I had all my information on just stopped working so I had to start from scratch. Before I was tracking everything using Microsoft word but I just decided to make it easier by using an excel sheet.

You can download the sheet to see my progress or view my the screenshots of how I am doing so far….the exercises and what I am eating. Sometimes I also put in data on myfitnesspal profile. You can view what I ate there too and my workouts.
